By accessing or submitting information via the LawTips platform, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service:
1. Scope of Consultation
Initial consultation, registration fees, or intake procedures do not guarantee permanent retainer representation. Permanent representation is established only upon the formal execution of a signed vakalatnama or vakalat contract with corresponding retainer deposits.
2. Consultation Fees
To respect our senior advocates' timeline commitments, scheduling a primary analysis requires a registration fee of ₹2,000. Under our design mandate, this exact sum will be proactively deducted from your post-consultation procedural retainer fees should you decide to permanently utilize our services.
